UNDP-TLS-00285- Long-Term Agreement for Provision of Building Maintenance Services.The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Timor-Leste invites qualified and experienced firms to submit quotations for the provision of Building, Grounds, and Power Generator Maintenance Services at the UN House Compound in Dili. This agreement aims to ensure consistent, high-quality maintenance of facilities and infrastructure to support a safe and functional working environment for UN Agencies in Timor-Leste. Detailed requirements and specifications are outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. Interested bidders are invited to attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 05 November 2025 at 3:00 PM local time at the UN House Compound in Dili. This session will provide an opportunity to clarify requirements, review the scope of services, and address any questions related to the RFQ.
